NOTE

Applicable to full-time students from any university (local & overseas). Proof of student status will be required at the time of onsite registration.
Company employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as a “Student Participant” and should register under the “Company Participant” category.
An “Accompanying Person” cannot receive conference materials or attend the conference sessions. “Accompanying Person” can join the lunch and coffee/tea breaks. An “Accompanying Person” cannot be a co-author or working in the same institution as the participant.
Important Information: Cruise Accommodation – Accommodation booking options (cruise) are available during online registration, and pricing details for different categories will be available during the process. Please note that the cruise accommodation price is separate from the registration fee.
Cruise accommodation booking is mandatory.

Important Notes to ALL AUTHORS/PRESENTERS (including Keynote & Invited Speakers)

All authors who are presenting at the conference will have to complete the registration and payment in due date, in order for their presentation to be scheduled in the conference program.
Each registration is meant for ONE (01) person to attend the conference.
Co-author(s) who are also attending the conference will need to register separately.
Each registration entitles the registered participant to make up to TWO (02) presentations at the conference.

Penang Sightseeing Package

Discover the epic history and culture of George Town as you visit notable sites like Khoo Kongsi Clan House, the water villages set up more than a century ago, and the stately Pinang Peranakan Mansion before finishing your tour with a stop for famous Malaysian street food.

Highlights:

Begin with a visit to the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, formerly a private home belonging to the head of the Hai San Secret Society, to see how the opulent lifestyle of a Peranakan tycoon is recreated in this century-old stately mansion and glimpse into Peranakan customs and traditions.
Continue on to the majestic Khoo Kongsi Clan House, one of the finest examples of a traditional clan house found outside of mainland China, to wander its maze of alleys and pre-war houses and see Khoo Kongsi, a fabulous Chinese clan complex that consists of Leong San Tong, with ornate murals and carvings, an opera stage, and 62 terrace houses and shop houses.
Next, visit the Clan Jetties, or water villages, built more than a century ago to quickly satisfy a housing demand brought by the tin and spice industries and situated on stilts over bodies of water.
Finally, satisfy your hunger for local cuisine at a hawker center, where hawkers and street stalls offer endless food options that deliciously blend international spices, flavors, and textures.

Terms and Conditions

Registration fees must be paid in EURO only.
Fee listed above does NOT include the 7% transaction charges. This will be added to the fee at time of payment.
Presenting authors need to complete their conference registration and pay fees (if applicable) by 31 March 2025. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
Authors/presenters can make up to a maximum of two (02) abstracts/presentations per registration.
Early Bird rate applies for fees received on or before 31 March 2025.
Standard rate applies for fees received between 01 April 2025 to 30 May 2025. This rate is NOT applicable to presenting authors who must register and pay fees by 31 March 2025.
Onsite rate is applicable for fees paid at the conference.
Participants with outstanding registration fees need to either complete the payment online or onsite before they can be granted admission to the conference.
For walk-in registration onsite, the conference kits are available while stocks last.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

A 70% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 30 May 2025.
A separate refund administrative fee of €80 will be imposed for each refund.
Cancellations are to be made via email from contact us before the above deadline.
There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 30 May 2025.
There will be no refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in-person/virtual.
