NOTE

  1. Applicable to full-time students from any university (local & overseas). Proof of student status will be required at the time of onsite registration.
  2. Company employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as a “Student Participant” and should register under the “Company Participant” category.
  3. An “Accompanying Person” cannot receive conference materials or attend the conference sessions. “Accompanying Person” can join the lunch and coffee/tea breaks. An “Accompanying Person” cannot be a co-author or working in the same institution as the participant.
  4. Accommodation bookings (hotel and cruise) are available at the best prices during registration.
  5. Cruise accommodation booking is mandatory.
  6. Hotel accommodation booking is optional.

Fee listed is for one (01) in-person participant & includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Daily coffee/tea breaks and lunch
  • One (01) copy of the conference program book
  • Registration of a maximum of two (02) abstracts/presentations
  • Conference materials
  • E-Certificate of presentation/attendance
  • E-Abstracts book

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Online presentation (Zoom​)
  • One (01) e-copy of the conference program book
  • Registration of a maximum of two (02) abstracts/presentations
  • Video processing
  • E-Certificate of presentation/attendance

Important Notes to ALL AUTHORS/PRESENTERS (including Keynote & Invited Speakers)

  • All authors who are presenting at the conference will have to complete the registration and payment in due date, in order for their presentation to be scheduled in the conference program.
  • Each registration is meant for ONE (01) person to attend the conference only.
  • Co-author(s) who are also attending the conference will need to register separately.
  • Each registration entitles the registered participant to make up to TWO (02) Presentations (Keynote/Invited/Oral/e-Poster) at the conference.
  • Fees listed are in Euros

Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration fees must be paid in EURO only.
  2. Fee listed above does NOT include the 7% transaction charges. This will be added to the fee at time of payment.
  3. Presenting authors need to complete their conference registration and pay fees (if applicable) by 12 December 2024. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
  4. Authors/presenters can make up to a maximum of two (02) abstracts/presentations per registration.
  5. Early Bird rate applies for fees received on or before 12 December 2024.
  6. Standard rate applies for fees received between 13 December 2024 to 31 March 2025. This rate is NOT applicable to presenting authors who must register and pay fees by 12 December 2024.
  7. Onsite rate is applicable for fees paid at the conference.
  8. Participants with outstanding registration fees need to either complete the payment online or onsite before they can be granted admission to the conference.
  9. For walk-in registration onsite, the conference kits are available while stocks last.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

  1. A 70% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 31 July 2025.
  2. A separate refund administrative fee of €80 will be imposed for each refund.
  3. Cancellations are to be made via email from contact us before the above deadline.
  4. There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 31 July 2025.
  5. There will be no refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in-person/virtual.
