- Fees are listed in Euros (€). A 7% transaction charge applies to all payments.
- Each registration is valid for one (1) participant only and allows up to two (2) presentations/abstracts.
- Co-authors wishing to attend must register separately.
- All presenting authors, including plenary, keynote, and invited speakers, must complete registration and payment by the applicable deadline to confirm their participation and ensure inclusion in the conference program.
- Only full-time students (local & international) are eligible for the Student or E-Poster categories.
- Proof of student status is required at onsite check-in.
- Individuals employed by a company, even if students, must register under the Academic/Industry category.
Cruise Accommodation Charges
- Please note that cruise accommodation charges are separate from the registration fees. Booking cruise accommodation is mandatory and must be completed during your online conference registration.
- A variety of room types are available. You can view room prices, descriptions, and photos during the booking process to help you choose the option that best suits your needs.

- Room prices are flexible and will be offered to early registrants based on availability. We encourage you to register early to secure the best rates and preferred room types.

Terms and Conditions
- All registration fees must be paid in Euros (€) only.
- Fees listed do not include the mandatory 7% transaction charge, which will be automatically added during payment.
- Presenting authors, including plenary, keynote and invited speakers, must complete registration and payment by 01 July 2025 to ensure inclusion in the conference program and related publications. Late payments may result in removal from the program.
- Each registration allows for the submission and presentation of up to two (2) abstracts/presentations.
- Early Bird rates apply to payments received on or before 01 July 2025.
- Standard rates apply for payments received between 02 July and 11 August 2025.
Note: Presenting authors are not eligible for the Standard rate; they must register and pay by 01 July 2025. - Onsite rates apply to payments made at the conference venue.
- Participants with outstanding registration fees must complete payment online or onsite before gaining access to conference sessions and materials.
- Conference kits for onsite walk-in registrations are subject to availability and will be provided while stocks last.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received on or before 31 May 2025 are eligible for a 70% refund, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of €80 per refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat before the stated deadline.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2025.
- No refunds will be provided for registered participants who do not attend the conference, either in-person or virtually.
